The most important thing I’ve learned about simplicity is that it wins in the long run. Simple is stickier than complexity, and it survives. I think nature teaches us that, and we learn it time in work and in life. Simplification spawns intentionality, and intentionality inspires purpose — and anyone can benefit from simplicity, regardless of ethnic background or socioeconomic status.

Actually time is more valuable than money. You can make more money but you can’t make more time. The funny thing is when you think about it, it’s a bit ironic because you can use your time to make more money, but you can never turn around and use that money to buy more time. There will always be more money out there to earn, but as for time, it runs out for us all eventually. Time is invaluable. You cannot put a value on time. It is our most priceless resource. In direct (and ironic) contrast, money is solely defined by a (numerical/fiscal) value in the form of a proverbial price tag. Bottom line: You literally cannot put a price on time.

Physical cash can help you out in any situation. As mentioned before, all businesses accept cash and many only accept cash. So, whether your card declines or your smartphone doesn’t have an internet connection, you always have the option to pay with cash. Cash is also convenient for budgeting and not overspending. People often spend more money and purchase items they can’t afford when they’re not using cash. Cash has its advantages, but with advantages also come disadvantages like theft and loss of cash. For many people, cash is the only way for them to live day-to-day. That’s why we can’t write off the importance of carrying and accepting cash.
